OKVISION LIMITED
We founded our Studio in 2024. But we have been in the Game Industry for over 10 years.
We love to play great games and are passionate to create some of our own.
Here are the basic rules in our studio.
01 Aiming for Global Casual-Core
The games we create are ones that everyone in the world can easily enjoy. Our direction is not to chase after games that perform well in certain regions but to resist temptation and challenge ourselves on a global scale.
02 Action and Judgment: Don’t Worry About Failure
Creating new things is what games are all about. To achieve this, you must go through countless failures. If you avoid taking risks because you're afraid of failure, creativity and success won't happen. Instead of pursuing perfection, we quickly try things out, learn and improve in the process, and ultimately succeed.
03 Small Teams Can Achieve the Best Teamwork
When you form a small team, you can communicate actively, make quick decisions, and take swift action. If talented individuals can fulfill their roles with maximum authority and exhibit the best teamwork, even a small team can achieve great results.
04 Teams with Power and Responsibility
The team knows best what is critical, what needs to be done now, and what the next steps are. When you trust each team and give them power and responsibility, everyone can achieve happy and satisfying results. Ultimately, we pursue an independent, team-based studio.
05 Elevate the Team’s Ability, Not Just the Individual’s
The best games come from the best teams, not the best individuals. It’s only when people with different characteristics and jobs work together that the best games can be created. Match the work capacity, methods, and results needed within the team, and proceed accordingly.
06 Focus on the Essence and Constantly Review the Direction
By clarifying the core of the work, we eliminate everything unnecessary and focus only on the essence. Once the team’s goals and direction are set, you must constantly check whether you are moving towards the established goals and direction. People on the same boat work together and row in the same direction.
07 Share Information Transparently
Transparent information sharing doesn’t just mean sharing results and metrics. It means sharing the purpose, background, process, and the growth achieved through them, whether in success or failure. Transparent information sharing can minimize information asymmetry and help all team members grow.
